My name is Tammy Paine, and I am an integrative neuromuscular massage therapist and relocated to Florida in October, 2022. I have launched Paine Massage Therapy, located inside the Kress Building on Beach Street in Downtown Daytona Beach.

My technique is firm, slow and specific, targeted to decrease pain, increase range of motion and improve tissue function. Pressure is customized to a level that your nervous system is able to tolerate for the session.

I was mentored in North Carolina at a neuromuscular and medical massage clinic for 15 years. Prior to massage school, I worked in a physical therapy office as a certified athletic trainer for 6+ years.

My specialty is neck/shoulder/headache work, but I am skilled to release low back pain, elbow tendinitis, frozen shoulders, foot aches and much more. 

I have completed multiple trainings in aromatherapy and blending, including a 100 hour certification course. Complimentary Aromatherapy blends are available to be added into sessions to assist with grounding emotions, pain relief, immune/respiratory/digestive support and general relaxation. 

Additionally, I’m well versed in gut health protocols and have networked with many health practitioners here in the area. 

Trauma informed and able to work closely with mental health therapists as well.
